What documents do I need to open an account?

To open a personal account we require both proof of identity and proof of address.

Acceptable forms of identification include:

  • A drivers license
  • Passport
  • Government issued ID card

Acceptable proof of address (dated within the last three months) include:

  • Bank statement
  • Utility bill
  • Government issued document
  • Payslip

To open a corporate account we require proof of identity and proof of address for the company directors and all shareholders > 25%. In addition, we require:

  • The Certificate of Incorporation
  • Company Memorandum / Articles of Association
  • Register of Directors
  • Register of Shareholders
  • Company proof of address (e.g. Bank statement)

If your account is managed by a 3rd party, you will also need to sign a Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) with your asset Manager and provide us with a copy.
