The below information lists the withdrawal methods and charges applicable
- Minimum withdrawal amount is 100 in currency units (e.g. $100 / £100 / €100)
- All withdrawals are usually processed by via bank wire transfer, so please ensure you send us an up to date bank statement dated within 3 months
- In some cases we may be able to send funds back to a credit card or e-wallet if originally deposited via the method
- Withdrawals will be processed the same day once instructions have been received
- Please allow 1 to 3 working days for your funds to be received
Currency conversion fees
- When converting physical cash between different currencies, currency conversions are charged at the mid FX spot rate plus or minus 2%
- This fee applies to deposits, withdrawals and internal transfers
